Descriptions

• To conduct psychological assessments and provide individual clinical treatment, psychoeducation and therapeutic groups to clients with psychological and behavioural issues, as well as other service users, including but not limited to persons in desistance and persons in recovery, etc.;
  
• To coordinate and implement clinical goals and policies for service branch and the Agency;
  
• To conduct applied research for the development and validation of assessment and intervention;
  
• To provide training to staff and stakeholders in response to local and global development of offender rehabilitation and crime prevention, and other psychology-related topics;
  
• To liaise with overseas and local expertise for professional exchanges and collaboration; and
  
• To provide clinical supervision and case consultation to frontline staff.

• A recognised master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and registered member of Hong Kong Institute of Clinical Psychologists (HKICP) and/or Division of Clinical Psychology, Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS-DCP);
  
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  
• Regular visits and conducting assessments in correctional institutions may be required;
  
• Passionate and self-motivated with good communication skills; and
  
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience preferred.
